Accessible by Design

GyroStim was engineered to expand access to advanced neurological rehabilitation for the patients who need it most. By overcoming many of the physical and neurological limitations that can prevent participation in conventional therapy, GyroStim enables more patients to begin rehabilitation earlier, recover more effectively, and regain the function and independence that define quality of life.

...access for everyone.

Designed to serve those who need neurorehab the most.

Many of the patients who stand to benefit most from neurological rehabilitation are also the least able to participate in conventional therapy. Severe balance impairment, vestibular dysfunction, dizziness, neurological deficits, cognitive impairment, and frailty often limit a patient's ability to tolerate or actively engage in traditional rehabilitation, delaying or even preventing recovery while increasing the risk of falls, preventable complications, and escalating healthcare costs.

GyroStim was engineered to overcome these limitations. Through precisely controlled, progressively adaptive multimodal neurorehabilitation, GyroStim enables many low-functioning patients to access advanced neurological therapy that may otherwise be difficult—or impossible—to deliver through conventional rehabilitation alone.

Target populations include:

  • Concussion and mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI)

  • Vestibular dysfunction and balance disorders

  • Fall-risk and older adult populations

  • Stroke and neurological impairment

  • Chronic neurodegenerative and post-viral conditions

As the world's only FDA-cleared, Breakthrough Device-designated multimodal neurorehabilitation system, GyroStim represents a new category of precision neurotechnology designed to address this critical unmet clinical need. The FDA's Breakthrough Device designation for vestibular dysfunction and balance disorders recognizes the technology's potential to provide more effective treatment for patients with serious conditions where conventional rehabilitation alone may be limited.

By expanding access to advanced neurological rehabilitation for the patients who need it most, GyroStim has the potential to accelerate recovery, reduce falls and downstream complications, lower healthcare utilization, and improve both clinical and economic outcomes across the continuum of care.
