UltraThera Technologies, Inc. manufactures and markets the GyroStim. The company has its headquarters in Colorado Springs, CO, and has manufacturing located in Golden, CO.

Since its founding in 2007, UltraThera has had a passionate determination to fulfill the tremendous unmet clinical need for a safe and effective therapeutic device for treatment of vestibular dysfunction that can result from concussion, TBI, congenital conditions such as cerebral palsy, illness such as COVID, pharmaceutical side effects, chemo therapy, and numerous neurological conditions.

On August 10th, 2021, UltraThera received the FDA's determination that GyroStim is officially designated as a Breakthrough Medical Device. This prestigious recognition was followed by the FDA's decision on April 27, 2022, to allow UltraThera to market GyroStim as a medical device.

These accomplishments are the culmination of tremendous determination, dedication, and effort at UltraThera, however, our journey continues. GyroStim, and its vast clinical potential, is at the center of a multi-site clinical effort to collect prospective clinical data that will allow UltraThera to expand GyroStim's clinical reach and marketing power into additional clinical markets in desperate need of an effective solution.
